Stock management - Inventory Tracking

Inventory tracking ensures you keep control of product availability in your online store. It helps you avoid overselling and gives you a clear view of when you need to restock.

Enable inventory tracking

1. Click Edit.
2. Click Your Products in the E-commerce section.
3. Click on Edit next to the product you want to edit.
4. In the top right corner, click on Product Settings
5. Choose General Settings
6. Toggle Track Inventory
7. Write the number of items available

Adjust inventory for variants

If your product has variants, you need to adjust the inventory tracking for each variant. In this case, the variant inventory precedes the general product inventory.

1. Click Edit.
2. Click Your Products in the E-commerce section.
3. Click on Edit next to the product you want to edit.
4. In the top right corner, click on Product Settings
5. Choose Variants
6. Click Add New Variant
7. Fill in your variant information, including Inventory

When a product is sold out

If a product is no longer available in your shop, it will be displayed as "Sold out," and your customers will not be able to purchase it.
