Edit a quote

You can only edit the content of a quote when its status is Draft. A quote marked as Sent, Accepted, or Cancelled cannot be edited.

Edit a quote

To edit a quote:

  1. Click Libraries & Tools.
  2. Choose Quotes & Offers under Business Tools.
  3. Hover over the quote with the status "Draft" you wish to edit and click Edit.
  4. Edit the content of the quote.

If you change a quote from Draft to Sent too early, you can duplicate it and set the original to Cancelled. This helps you keep your portfolio website organised.
