Sending invoices from your Portfoliobox admin panel is quick and clear. You can send a professional invoice to any client directly from your portfolio website.
To send an invoice, you must first change its status to Sent. When an invoice is Sent, the content can no longer be edited. You can only update its payment status and delivery status.
Send an invoice
- Click Libraries & Tools.
- Choose Invoices under Business Tools.
- Hover over the invoice you wish to send and click Edit.
- Click View and Share.
- Set the status to Sent if not already done.
- Fill in your client's email address if needed.
- Write your message.
- And click Send.
Your client will receive an email containing a link to the invoice. You will also receive a copy of the email. Your client can then use this link to access and print the invoice.
Once you receive the payment, mark the invoice as "Paid". The system will display a message on the invoice stating, "This invoice has already been paid".
