You can easily add a PDF file as a link anywhere on your portfolio website, whether it’s connected to text, an image, a button, or a menu link. All these options work in the same way.
In this guide, we’ll show you how to embed a PDF file into a text section. This is especially useful if you want to share a CV, project brief, press kit, or portfolio presentation directly on your website.
💡 Tip: Make sure your PDF file size is below 22 MB. If your file is larger, consider uploading it to Google Slides and embedding it instead.
Upload & add a PDF to a text section:
- Right-click on a text element
- In the Context menu, click Change Content
- Highlight the text that you want to link to
- Click on the link icon at the top
- Scroll down and select the option A PDF
- If you haven't uploaded your file yet, click on the Select a File From Your Computer button and upload your file
- Click on Link to This button near your uploaded file, and then hit Ok to save the changes.
